HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER MUG CAKE RECIPE

It has been a little quiet over here has not it? I apologise guys. The past month was mad. From China, to and and my birthday and. So I have not had much time behind my PC in the kitchen or even.

So with the lack of time , I thought I'd make something that's effortless and quick. This Peanut Butter Mug Cake is Remarkable! It took me 3min to create. And it's so delicious. I made it with rice flour, honey and almond breeze so it's pretty healthy. You may make it vegan, simply.

For some reason I never tried them out, although I understand mug cakes are a trend for a while now. Man was I silly! They are amazing! This Peanut Butter Mug Cake is a snack or pick up me that you just wouldn't have enough time.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg/Flax Egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Honey/Maple Syrup melted
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Dark Chocolate Chips as many as you want
Directions
  1. Blend the flour and baking powder in a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Add in all the other ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and whisk until well blended.
  3. Pour the mix into a large mug (or two little cups ) and top with chocolate chips.
  4. Set the mug in the microwave on full power for 2-3min and let it cool slightly.
  5. Devour.
