This Keto Ground Beef Casserole is the best comfort dish. Simple hearty and to create, you will love each and every bite.

This is one of my ground beef recipes that are keto. Not only is it full of goodness, but it is loaded with veggies. I'm a fan of incorporating in nutrients and choices that are healthful I can! Additionally, with all of the other flavors added in, it is a super easy way to receive your little ones (or obstinate adults!) To eat their vegetables. I have made each and every time, and this over a few times. Not only is it a triumph, but there are usually requests for"moments" as well! This ground beef recipe that is keto is a slam dunk!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef in a cast-iron skillet then drain the excess grease.
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until melted then add beef broth, heavy whipping cream, garlic powder, and salt/pepper. 
  4. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat until mixture begins to thicken then reduce heat and simmer.
  5. Once the ground beef mixture thickens add the two cans of green beans that have been drained on top then sprinkle cheese on top of green beans.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
